Orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority. Most items arrive within 5 - 10 business days after payment has been received. Depending on the time of year. ** Orders shipped Outside the Continental United States will have additional Shipping Charges applied** |
| Billing: | Customers' credit cards are charged when the order is placed. . If a Check is used for payment, the order will ship as soon as we receive the check. |
| Order Status: | You will receive an email after the order is placed to confirm the order. Then you will receive an email with your confirmation number when the order is scheduled to ship. You may also call within normal business hours (9am-5pm cst) 1-800-764-8688 or email us any time to determine the status of an order. |
| Damages: | Please inspect your order immediately (within 2 weeks of delivery). If the product is damaged during delivery or you have an issue with your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.. |
| Cancellations: | Customers may cancel any order at any time before it ships at no charge. Please note that once the item is shipped the shipping and handling will not be refunded. Also the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product back to S&K. All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging. |
| Warranty Information: |
Limited Lifetime Warranty from S&K Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Bird House products to be free of Material or Workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. S&K Manufacturing, Inc. extends its warranty to a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the Bird House when the Bird House is used with an S&K Manufacturing, Inc. Tri-Tel/Quad-Tel Pole or any S&K Manufacturing, Inc. Tri-Tel Pole Adapter. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective Bird House part. Customers must pay only $29.95 S/H charges. In all cases, your Warranty Application must be filled out in full by the buyer and on file with S&K Manufacturing, Inc. for any warranty to apply. (Proof of Purchase Receipt Required.) WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE WEATHER-RELATED ISSUES AND ACTS OF GOD. (S/H charge may vary without notice) |
