Estimated Delivery Schedule: 

We stock nearly all of the items we offer in our O’Fallon, MO warehouse others are in Ohio warehouse.
 
Shipping Notes: 

• Shipping cost range from $6.95 to a max of $18.00.   Shipping rates applies to the most economical ground shipping method within the contiguous US. Outside contiguous US will incur additional charges and will be responsible for duties and taxes. 
• If you return an item that qualifies for return, any shipping cost from the original order will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  
• Expedited shipping options are available for in-stock items shipping within the contiguous US.  
• UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL Truck shipping and handling options are available. S/H options and pricing are based on order characteristics such as item weights and package sizes and the delivery address. All available S/H options and pricing are shown during checkout once the delivery address has been provided.
• Rush Processing Service - $20  (must call in Order 1800-764-8688,opt1)
  Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after noon will have the following day considered as Day 1.

We Ship USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Common Carrier, Whichever is Most Economical.  

Most Orders are received within Five (5) to Ten (10) Working Days. ( Shipping outside the contiguous United States will incur additional shipping charges/Taxes & Duties, )

Returns 

Before you purchase your product, please ask us questions. The cost for you to return the product is expensive and we want to insure you are 100% satisfied when you receive your order.

The product purchased must be quested to return within 2 weeks from the time of purchase to be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged during delivery or you have an issue with your order, contact us immediately (within 2 weeks) so we can resolve that issue. 

You MUST RECEIVE AN RMA NUMBER prior to returning the merchandise via phone or email. Your RMA Number must be clearly placed on the outside of the package.   If you do not receive an RMA number your shipment may be refused for security reasons.  S&K Manufacturing, Inc. is not responsible for refused merchandise that does not list the RMA number on the outside of the Package(s) being returned.  The customer is responsible for any/all shipping costs to return the product back to S&K Manufacturing, Inc., plus the actual freight charges to ship the merchandise to you originally(Not the discounted amount you paid for shipping on the order.) .

All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded. (this includes actual shipping cost on orders. (Not the discounted amount you paid for shipping.) 

Please receive prior authorization via phone or email before returning any orders. 

Please include your name, address, and phone number with your return and allow up to 14 days for your Financial Institution (Your Bank) to credit your account. 

UPS Ground Standard S/H:

Below is an estimated time in transit map for our UPS Ground Standard S/H option. Note that UPS deliveries are not made on the weekend, and those days should not be counted when estimating a delivery date. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed based on the system and delivery capacities.

FedEx Ground Standard S/H
Below is an estimated time in transit map for our FedEx Ground Standard S/H option. Note that FedEx Ground deliveries are not made on the weekend, and those days should not be counted when estimating a delivery date. FedEx Home Delivery (a completely different service option than FedEx Ground), however, makes deliveries Tuesday thru Saturday.
